Can Jordan Feliz get a witness? He’s looking for one on his latest song, “Praise God For That,” an emotive track that testifies to God’s kindness. The California native blends his smooth R&B falsetto with an easy piano-led pop melody to remind listeners of the numerous reasons God is worthy of our worship and gratitude. From the gift of friends and family to God’s endless patience with us, Feliz helps us count our blessings — big and small — while also highlighting the character of our loving Heavenly Father.
“I think gratitude changes your perspective, and that change in perspective shows the world that Jesus changes everything in your life,” Feliz offers. “And that’s what this song is all about.”
The soulful original will appear on the hitmaker’s fourth studio album, “Everything Good,” scheduled to bow Oct. 4, 2024. With every song co-written by Feliz, the fresh set expands on the theme of thankfulness you hear in “Praise God For That.” The upcoming 11-track collection is also slated to feature Feliz’s previous radio offering, “The King Is Alive.” In support of the project, the Dove Award winner will headline the “Everything Good” tour in 16 markets this fall with special guest Joseph O’Brien.
Earlier this year, the devoted husband and father spent a good portion of 2024 on the road with friend and fellow pop artist Colton Dixon. Additionally, he joined K-LOVE’s “Meet Every Listener” tour in select cities this summer, where — alongside K-LOVE DJs Lauree, Scott and Kelli — Feliz had the chance to hear stories straight from radio listeners across the country about the way Christian music has impacted their lives. Following a special “treat and greet” in every town, Feliz capped each tour stop with a free concert open to the community.
